Job Title: SEO Director

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), flexible start time between 08:30 and 09:30 am.

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Director to spearhead their digital marketing efforts. As the SEO Director, you will be instrumental in driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings across their platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute robust SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 7+ in SEO or a similar role, with demonstrable success in implementing effective SEO campaigns.
  • 5+ years of managing high performing SEO teams
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably relevant to the job
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Passion for innovation and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
